i noticed you said you used model 1 15w30. i used to run mobel in my old car 5w30, changing every 3000 and spending way to much money... i resently switched to amsoil in my new car. it made it run like a new car off the lot. and i only have to change it every 25,000 instead of 3000, for a dollar and a half more a quart i figure its cheaper to do 1 oil change a year then 8, when the end of the year comes around an extra 200 bucks in your pochet would be really nice. for more info email me at frestyleharo@yahoo.com

I've had a similar problem with my beretta. The problem with mine was the soft plug in the block. I'm not saying this is what's wrong with yours but you could check it out. I have a 1990 beretta indy. I love beretta's. This is my third.

Noticed a pic of you outside of Le Mans. I just got back from placing 3rd at the 2004 Le Mans Classic. We took a '74 RSR 3.0 liter and contributed to a 3rd place finish. You can look us up at (www.lemansclassic.com) and go to Group 6 to see where we placed. The race team is named Kenier Racing and we were 1 of only 3 yeams that went there from the USA. Had a great time and can't wait to go back!! We'll be racing the 911 again this Nov. at the final Historic Sports Car (HSR) event of the year at Sebring.

Your guess on when the Berretta started is off by one year. My brother had the first Berretta in the State of Ohio, in the spring of 87, it was offically titled as an 88 but really it was an 871/2, there are a few small differences in the first ones and the later 88s. Keep up the great site.

Yeah I just wanted to say there are about 20 McLarens in the united states. There have been rumors than only 6 or 7 are in the US but actually there are about 20. Theres some in Massachusetts, 4 or 5 in California, one or two in Texas, one or two around New York, etc. etc. etc.
